You receive a detailed investment memorandum for each property: location data, soil analysis, yield projections, financial model, legal structure, and management plan. Site visits can be arranged at your convenience.

02 — Acquire

Once you select a property, we initiate comprehensive due diligence: title verification, soil and environmental surveys, legal compliance checks, and vendor background review. We negotiate terms on your behalf and structure the transaction to optimise tax and repatriation outcomes.

The closing process includes notarised contracts, land registry transfer, and establishment of the holding structure (SPV, direct ownership, or trust — depending on your jurisdiction and preferences).

03 — Operate

We partner with established local farm management teams who handle all day-to-day operations: planting schedules, fertilisation, irrigation, pest management, harvest coordination, drying, sorting, and buyer negotiation.

You receive quarterly operational reports with yield data, cost breakdowns, revenue realised, and management fee statements. Annual audits are conducted by independent agronomists.

04 — Profit

Net income is distributed according to the schedule in your management agreement — typically quarterly or semi-annually, depending on crop cycles. All distributions are documented, audited, and remitted in your preferred currency.

At any point, you may choose to exit by selling the property through our network, independently, or as part of a portfolio resale. We provide valuation support and transaction facilitation.
